Fees and terms
The Claim Check is free. If we take your case, you pay ₹699 to start, and the rest only if money comes back. You can always use the free official routes yourself.

How it works
- After the free Claim Check, if we think you can win, we send you an engagement letter to sign online and ask for the ₹699 fee, by UPI or bank transfer to our company's account only. Nothing starts until you sign and pay.
- The insurer always pays the money straight into your own bank account. We never receive or hold your claim money.
- When the money reaches you, we send an invoice for our fee minus the ₹699 you already paid. You pay it within 7 days by UPI or bank transfer to our company's account only, never to a person.
Withdrawing
You can stop at any time, with nothing more to pay. The ₹699 isn't refunded once we've started work. The only exception: if the insurer pays within 6 months because of a complaint we filed for you, the normal fee applies.
If a case goes to a consumer commission
Some cases need a consumer commission instead of the Ombudsman. If so, you engage an advocate separately, on a fixed fee agreed in writing before any work starts. We will never add that cost without your written agreement.
The free routes
You can always complain yourself, free: first to the insurer's grievance officer, then through IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal or helpline 155255, then to the Insurance Ombudsman. We'll explain them even if you don't hire us.
